LATE CANCELLATION FEE
Life happens sometimes, I understand! That's why I allow cancellations at no charge up to 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If you need to cancel within the 48 hour window, there will be a 25% charge to the card on file. This is to ensure I honor my time for the time that was blocked out for your appointment. I appreciate your understanding with this.
If you are running late please let me know as soon as possible by texting or emailing.
If you are going to be later than 15 minutes to your scheduled time this will count as a late cancellation and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. In this case, you would be charged the late cancellation fee prior to re-booking your appointment.
Other situations that may fall under this category. A few examples can be found below. This policy is not limited to the above or following. These examples are simply provided for you convenience.
1) I scheduled for a color and cut, but now I only need a haircut
2) I scheduled for a full balayage service, but have decided I only want to do a tonal refresh upon arrival.
3) I'm going to be 20 minutes late to my appointment.
NO SHOW FEE
If you do not show up for your appointment, there will be a 50% charge to your card based off
of the total of your scheduled service(s) base rate.
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
All services at Eden Salon are non-refundable. However, it is important to me that you feel comfortable with your new hair.
If any adjustments are needed, please reach out within 7 days from your last service.
After reviewing our consultation notes, if I see that I missed the mark in the execution of your service, I'm happy to correct the issue at no additional charge.
If you are simply looking for a different result than what was agreed upon during our consultation, I am happy to quote you a refinement rate, which will allow us to shift your look based on your new goal.
Please note: If you do not notify me within 7 days of your dissatisfaction, the redo policy becomes null and void and any requested changes will be billed according to my service menu and pricing.
RETURN POLICY
If you purchase a product that you are unhappy with, a return can be made for store credit toward another product or a future service. The product must be returned untampered with, and at least 90% of the product must still in the bottle in order to be eligible for a return. This return must occur within 7 days of original purchase.
BRINGING FRIENDS AND FAMILY
Because a big part of your experience is enjoy a relaxing space, no friends or family will be allowed into the salon to hang out with you. However, Belmar in general is a cute shopping center and there are lovely parks near as well. If you happen to forget and bring a buddy, they are welcome to hang out around
Belmar while they wait for you!
BRINGING PETS
This one is the hardest to write, because I LOVE pets (more than people, am I right?). However, the building itself is not pet friendly. If you have a service dog, they are welcome to join you of course. Please let me know before hand so I may make sure the space is safe for your furry friend as well.
