Balayage with Healthy Hair Focus
Balayage means "to sweep" in French. In the hair industry, balayage started off as a technique vs a look. Over time, it evolved into utilizing multiple techniques (new and old) to create the appearance of hair kissed by the sun. The signature style of this technique shows brightness around the face, gradually getting a little darker around the back, with brightness picking back up throughout the ends. This technique was inspired by it's creator to mimic that of the affect the summer sun has on the hair naturally. This look is an excellent choice for anyone seeking ribbons of lightness throughout their hair (including brunette hair), those looking to blend grey hairs vs cover, and anyone who wants to enhance their natural color. The color lines I carry choose sustainable, cruelty-free practices, allergy friendly ingredients, as well as are up to 99% naturally derived. Your health overall is just as important to me as the health of your hair.
Ethically Sourced Hair Extensions
Hair extensions can come in a variety of methods. Being certified in several different methods of install, I choose to focus on those that create the most natural look, with the least amount of effort to style. I also heavily focus on the health of the hair and scalp first and foremost to ensure your natural hair remains top priority. I also personally vet out the companies I purchase your hair from to ensure that how the source their supply of extension hair is ethical. Many extension lines have ties to unethical ways of acquiring hair such as (but not limited to) trafficking and slavery. The companies I used to source your hair are ethical in practice, and in generosity. One of my largest suppliers donates 1% of profits to animal welfare foundations.
